Volition America by Gurkha

Gurkha Cigars has announced Volition America by Gurkha Cigars. The cigar pays homage to both America and those fighting for freedom. As part of this project, Gurkha will denote 13% of all proceeds for every cigar purchased to directly fund educational scholarships for the children and spouses of fallen and disabled military members and first responders through Folds of Honor.

In a press release, the President of Gurkha Cigars, Jim Colucci stated, “Truly a cigar with a purchase. Volition America represents America and those who fight for our freedom. With each cigar purchase, Gurkha Cigar Group donates 13% to Folds of Honor and scholarships for our fallen soldiers and first responders.”

Produced in Nicaragua, Volition America will feature three blends, each with a different wrapper: Connecticut, Habano, and Maduro. All three blends incorporate a Nicaraguan binder and a combination of Nicaraguan and Dominican fillers. The three blends come in one size—6 x 54 Toro presented in 13-count boxes. The “13” represents the thirteen folds of the American flag.

Volition America by Gurkha Cigars will launch on November 11th at the annual Folds of Honor Golf Tournament.
