At Total Product Expo (TPE) 2025, Ferio Tego will introduce Metropolitan Petites, a series of three handmade cigars measuring 4 x 34 inches. These cigars are meant to deliver the experience of Metropolitan Selection in a compact size.
Metropolitan Petites offers three blends: Metropolitan Connecticut, Metropolitan Maduro, and Metropolitan Host. The cigars are sold in five-packs, each pack priced at $24.95.
In a press release announcing Metropolitan Petites, Michael Herklots, co-owner of Ferio Tego, said, “These petite cigars are completely hand-made and consist of 100% premium tobacco, bringing an elevated level of quality to the experience of enjoying small-format cigars.” Herklots added, “When the temperatures are low or time is short, these petit formats are the perfect solution.”
TPE 2025 opens on January 29, 2025, in Las Vegas, Nevada. Metropolitan Petites ships nationwide in February 2025. Ferio Tego is distributed throughout the United States by Davidoff of Geneva, USA.

While I’m well aware of the significant cigar price inflation of the past several years, I am highly disappointed in the MSRP of these petite sticks. I can and I am currently paying $20 or less for a Robusto size Metropolitan Host. I do want to add that after two years of searching and exploring the perfect cigar with my morning coffee, it is the Metropolitan Host.
