Toscano Master Aged 5

At the 2025 Premium Cigar Association (PCA) Trade Show, Toscano will introduce a new edition to its Toscano Master Aged line, the Toscano Master Aged 5.

The Toscano Master Aged series made its debut in 2022. Master Aged is a series in which Toscano puts its cigars through an extra maturation process. The cigars are aged in what are called “Maturation Cells.” Starting from the fifth day of maturation, the product is monitored daily for specific humidity and temperature standards, and checked by a specialized ‘affinatore’ (refiner). The entire maturation process lasts for a minimum of 360 days.

Produced in Italy, the Toscano Master Aged Series 5 uses an Italian Kentucky wrapper over a blend of Italian and North American Kentucky Tobaccos. The cigar measures five inches long and has a 50 ring gauge at its widest point, tapering to 38 by the tips. Pricing is set at $9.40 per cigar. Master Aged 5 comes in 30-count boxes.

The 2025 PCA Trade Show opens April 12, 2025, in New Orleans, Louisiana.
