At the 2025 Premium Cigar Association (PCA) Trade Show, Pospiech Cigars will showcase the Viso Horny 555. Viso Horny is owned by Tyler Jeffrey, who has worked at retail lounges in Wisconsin.

After employing a direct-to-consumer model for his first release, Jeffrey has teamed up with Pospiech Cigars to distribute his second cigar to retail partners. “This cigar was crafted to be enjoyed by as many enthusiasts possible and partnering with top retailers across the country was the next logical step in sharing our passion,” commented Jeffrey.

The blend consists entirely of Viso priming tobaccos. The 555 features a U.S. Broadleaf wrapper and a Cameroon binder. Its fillers are a mix of Nicaraguan and Honduran tobacco. The 555 is available in a single size: a 5 x 55 Robusto, which explains its name. Produced at Fábrica de Tabacos Nica Sueño S.A. in Estelí, Nicaragua, the blend is a collaborative effort between Tyler Jeffery and Alex Nowogrodzka. Production has been limited to 500 ten-count bundles. Pricing comes in at $15.00 per cigar.

Jeffrey has said this release holds special significance, as he played a hands-on role in procuring a key filler leaf that defines the cigar’s final profile. “Being involved from the very beginning—personally selecting the tobacco that became part of this blend—makes The 555 deeply personal for me,” Jeffrey shared. “Crafting this blend was both an exciting and rewarding challenge. Utilizing only viso primings throughout the cigar, we focused on achieving the perfect balance to ensure an exceptional burn and effortless draw. The result is a unique smoking experience that showcases the rich complexity of viso while maintaining flawless performance.”

Jeffrey added, “Alex’s passion for tobacco is contagious, and his depth of knowledge is remarkable—especially for someone of his age. Being with him in the bodega and factory was an incredibly rewarding experience.”

The 2025 PCA Trade Show opens in New Orleans, Louisiana, on April 12, 2025.
