At the 2025 Premium Cigar Association (PCA) Trade Show, Altadis U.S.A. will debut the H. Upmann by AJ Fernandez Heritage Finca Providencia. This project is a collaboration between Rafael Nodal and AJ Fernandez.
The Heritage Finca Providencia is branded similarly to the H. Upmann Nicaragua AJ Fernandez Heritage. While the original Heritage was a combination of Brazilian and Nicaraguan tobaccos, the Heritage Finca La Providencia features all Nicaraguan tobaccos. It also goes a step further in that all of the Nicaraguan tobaccos are grown on AJ Fernandez’s Finca (farm) Providencia.
The cigar is a 55 x 6 Toro that comes in 20-count boxes, with a total of 8,250 boxes produced. Pricing comes in at $20.00 per cigar. Production also comes from AJ Fernandez.
“Through a longstanding partnership with my dear friend AJ Fernandez, we had the privilege of working with the finest Nicaraguan tobaccos, exclusively sourced from his renowned fincas,” said Rafael Nodal, VP of Product Capability. “We are thrilled to introduce this exceptional cigar to the market and bring it into the hands of H. Upmann by AJ Fernandez enthusiasts,” he said.

The 2025 PCA Trade Show opens April 12, 2025 in New Orleans, Louisiana.
