At the 2025 Premium Cigar Association (PCA) Trade Show, Arturo Fuente showcased Fuente Fuente OpusX 25 in two sizes: El Tributo and La Familia. The OpusX 25 commemorates 25 years of the Fuente Fuente OpusX brand.
The first release of the OpusX 25 Years debuted in 2021, distributed through the accessory maker Elie Bleu. It was offered as a 7 x 50 Churchill cigar, available in an Elie Bleu humidor as well as an Elie Bleu cabinet humidor. In addition, the release included a set of Elie Bleu accessories.
This year, the cigar that was released for Elie Bleu will now be made available to OpusX retailers. However, it has been rebranded as the OpusX 25 El Tributo. These cigars are packaged in wooden boxes. I have been told that they will soon be arriving at select retailers.
Last year, Arturo Fuente showcased the OpusX 25 perfecto, which became known as the OpusX 25 La Familia. This perfecto measures 6 1/4 x 52.
In late 2024, Arturo Fuente made a limited allotment of the La Familia 25 Years available to select retailers, with most receiving only a single box. At least one retailer has informed Cigar Coop that another small shipment will be released following the 2025 PCA Trade Show.
