HVC Edición Especial 2015

At the 2025 Premium Cigar Association (PCA) Trade Show, HVC Cigars will unveil the HVC Edición Especial 2015 Box Pressed. It’s a cigar that celebrates ten years since the original HVC Edición Especial 2015 line was introduced.

Like the original HVC Edición Especial 2015, the new Box Pressed version also features a San Andres wrapper. The remainder of the blend is Nicaraguan tobaccos from one farm in Estelí and another farm in Nicaragua. The box-pressed is a soft Cuban box-press style. The Box Pressed line comes in four regular production sizes: Corona Gorda (46 x 5 5/8, SRP $9.00), Short Robusto (52 x 4 1/2, SRP $9.50), Toro (54 x 6, SRP $10.60), and El Grandote (60 x 6, SRP $12.60). Each size comes in 20-count boxes.

In addition, there is a limited edition Especiales (48 x 6 1/2) size. This will come in ten-count boxes with production limited to 1,000 boxes. Output for the four regular production sizes and limited edition size comes from Fabrica de Tabacos HVC, SA in Estelí, Nicaragua.

“This evolution reflects our dedication to craftsmanship, innovation, and the ever-evolving preferences of our customers, says Reinier Lorenzo, Founder and CEO of HVC Cigars.

The 2025 PCA Trade Show opens April 12, 2025, in New Orleans, Louisiana. The Edición Especial 2015 Box Pressed is slated to ship in June.
