Tatuaje 7th Corojo and Tuxtla

At the 2025 Premium Cigar Association (PCA) Trade Show, Tatuaje Cigars will introduce two new cigars in its 7th (5 5/8 x 46 Corona Gorda) size, the Tatuaje 7th Corojo and the Tatuaje 7th Tuxtla.

The story of the 7th goes back to the original Tatuaje Selección de Cazador (Brown Label). Originally Brown Label was released in 6 sizes. When the Corona Gorda size was added, it became the seventh size, thus the name 7th. Selección de Cazador is a blend that features an Ecuadorian Habano wrapper. Eventually Reserva (Connecticut Broadleaf wrapper) and Capa Especial (Sumatra wrapper) became subsequent releases. Now with the Corojo and Tuxtla (San Andres), two more wrappers are being added.

The Corojo features a Nicaraguan Corojo wrapper over a Nicaraguan binder and filler. The Corojo wrapper is grown by the Garcia family. It’s the first time the 7th has been released with a Corojo wrapper.

The 7th Tuxtla actually made its debut in 2022 as a limited edition offering. Now it returns as an on-going part of the Tatuaje Cigars’ lineup. This features a San Andres Mexican wrapper over Nicaraguan binder and filler.

Both cigars come in 21-count boxes and each is priced at $9.50 per cigar. Production for the 7th Corojo and Tuxtla come out of the My Father Cigars factory in Estelí, Nicaragua.

The 2025 PCA Trade Show opens April 12, 2025 in New Orleans, Louisiana.
