Black Label Trading Company (BLTC) has announced it will release Eletto. This is BLTC’s newest small-batch, limited-release. The name Eletto translates to “chosen one,” and in this case, it is a blend developed by James Brown to commemorate the tenth anniversary of Fabrica Oveja Negra.

Eletto features a Connecticut Broadleaf wrapper over an Ecuadorian Habano binder. The fillers in Eletto are all sourced from Nicaragua. Eletto is available in three sizes (Short Robusto, Corona Gorda, and Toro), and each comes in 20-count boxes.

“Eletto or “Chosen One” is just as the name implies. I chose this cigar to be a tribute to celebrate the 10-year anniversary of Fábrica Oveja Negra.  This cigar is a great representation of BLTC but also highlights the big, bold, Nicaraguan tobacco Oveja Negra is known for.
The Eletto is bold with an intense retro and layers of complexity. Notes of dark fruit are followed by waves of spice and star anise. As the name implies it is destined to be an instant classic,” said James Brown, creator of Black Label Trading Co. and partner at Fabrica Oveja Negra, in a press release.

The cigar is expected to ship “any day” (from press time). Oveja Negra Brands is the distributor of Black Label Trading Company.
