L’Atelier Imports will be introducing two line extensions to its L’Atelier Selection Speciale. line The first will be a lancero offering known as the 38 Special.  The second will be a torpedo offering known as the L’Atelier Torpedo Special Selection..  Both frontmarks will be launched at the 2014 IPCPR Trade Show later this month.  These two line extensions will bring the total number of vitolas in the line to four.

The L’Atelier Selection Speciale blend is an off-shoot to the core L’Atelier line.  The difference between the two is that the Selection Speciale uses a higher priming of the Sancti Spiritus wrapper.  This results in the wrapper being darker in appearance.

The L’Atelier Selection Speciale was originally released in a Corona Gorda format known at the LAT46 SS.  Earlier this year, a robusto size was introduced by was only available at event only.

Both the 38 Special and the Torpedo Selection Special will be sold in 20 count boxes.  The 38 Special has an SRP of $9.75 while the Torpedo Selection Special will have an SRP of $9.50.
