A Facebook post by Alec Bradley Cigars announced a new limited edition release of the Alec Bradley Black Market.  The cigar will be a candela wrapper cigar.   Alec Bradley mentioned that this is a Alec Bradley Black Market cigar with a candela wrapper.

The following text appeared in the facebook post:

We’re happy to announce the newest Alec Bradley cigar.. a candela cigar
we’ve been working on for a long time. Everyone take a look at the
Black Market Dirty Hooligan. This is a limited edition release which
will be hitting shelves on March 5, 2013. This is very limited so be
sure to let your local retailers know you want to try the Black Market
Dirty Hooligan!

The packaging will be in a green-colored version of the original Alec Bradley Black Market box.  There have only been 2,000 boxes made.
