Martin Family of Cigars will be introducing the company’s first limited edition cigar. This cigar will be called the Pedro Martin Limited Edition. Information on a limited edition cigar was first mentioned on the October 6, 2012 edition of Kiss My Ash Radio, by company owner Maria Martin. Since then there have been some social media teasers. First details of the cigar were published in the February 26, 2013 edition of Cigar Insider.
This cigar joins the Casa Martin cigar (a new regular production cigar) as new 2013 offerings by Martin Family of Cigars. While there was no word on production numbers, Martin had mentioned in that interview that there would only be 200 boxes due to availability of the wrapper.
