Tatuaje Cigars is planning what is being called a “special size redux” of its Pork Tenderloin cigar.  This cigar will be released as a part of the 2013 Saints and Sinners Club members’ pack.   The announcement was made this past Wednesday on Tatuaje’s Facebook page.

A teaser was originally posted with the picture of the cigar saying “SnS special size redux of a classic. Any guesses?” After some guesses were made, it was revealed that this was a redux of the Pork Tenderloin blend.

The Pork Tenderloin was a one time special release in 2010.  The cigar was unbanded and featured a Connecticut Broadleaf wrapper along with Nicaraguan binder and filler.  A single size was made – a 5 1/8 x 52 robusto.  The cigars were packaged in bundles of 25 and only 200 bundles were made for a total of 5,000 cigars.  The bundles were wrapped in “butcher wrap”.  These cigars were extremely popular and to this day remain one of the most sought after Tatuaje releases.

The Saints and Sinners Club was launched in 2011 by Tatuaje Cigars.  As a part of the annual membership, members receive exclusive Tatuaje cigars available to the club only.

The date and size of the redux of the Pork Tenderloin has still to be announced.
