Binny’s Beverage Depot, a chain of liquor and cigar stores in the Chicago, Illinois area will be getting a limited production retail-exclusive cigar from My Father Cigars’ Flor de las Antillas line. The cigar will be a box-press 6 x 60 cigar.
At this time, the 6 x 60 becomes the seventh vitola in the Flor de las Antillas line, and the third overall retail exclusive from this line. According to a correspondence received from Binny’s, production will be limited to 500 boxes of 20. Binny’s mentioned the project was put into motion this past November after meeting with My Father Cigars.
The Flor de las Antillas is a Nicaraguan puro that was released by My Father Cigars in 2012. The box-press robusto cigar scored a 92 on Cigar Coop, and the toro size is well-known for being Cigar Aficionado’s #1 Cigar of the Year for 2012.
