The San Lotano Oval Connecticut became the third blend in A.J. Fernandez’s San Lotano Oval line. Ever since the second Oval, the San Lotano Oval Maduro was announced, there had been some questions on whether or not a Connecticut shade cigar will be added to the line. Just prior to the 2013 IPCPR Trade Show, we learned the answer that was indeed the Connecticut wrapper was coming to the Oval line.
The Oval derives its name from its rounded box-press shape. It was in 2011 where San Lotano released the first San Lotano Oval (Habano). Early in 2012 the San Lotano Oval Maduro was released.
