Epicurean Carnival (Pre-Release) |
Epicurean Cigars will be releasing a new blend in early 2014. The cigar will be known as “Carnavale” and feature an oscuro wrapper from Jalapa. Details of this announcement were told to Cigar Coop from company president Steven Ysidron.
According to Ysidron, this was a blend that he worked on that “had been in the back of his mind for a while”. The cigar will be released in four sizes and production will be limited to 700 boxes per size.
The next few months will be busy ones for Ysidron and Epicurean Cigars. In addition to the Carnavale, he recently announced a limited edition based on his Epicurean Gonzo blend known as the Epicurean Gonzo Santeria.
Ysidron has a strong background in the cigar business, and is known for his time at Savinelli. He then started Epicurean Cigars, and last December entered into an agreement with Emilio Cigars to handle his company’s distribution.
