JM Tobacco has announced another addition to its Dominican Classic line. The JM Dominican Tobacco Habano will now join the JM Dominican Connecticut, JM Dominican Maduro, and JM Dominican Petit Classic as 100% long filler offerings by the company.
The JM Dominican Classics made their debut late in 2012. The line is are the company’s first 100% long-filler, handmade premium cigar since their 1995 entry into the market with Espanola. Though the cigar was well-received, JM fredirected its focus on the value priced handmade mixed-filler cigar market.
According to JM Tobacco president Anto Mahroukian, “All full-sized Classics are cello-tubed. They come in high-quality Spanish cedar boxes, holding 20 cigars each, with color-coded box labels for easy recognition …. red (Habano), black (Maduro) and brown/burgundy (Connecticut).”
The company describes the cigar as having a “a smooth, creamy flavor profile, with hints of pepper and coffee.”
