Drew Estate Tobacco has announced it will be releasing a new cigar under its ACID brand that will be distributed exclusively through Arango Cigar Company. The new cigar will be a glass tubo offering known as the ACID Chi-Town. The cigar is expected to ship from Drew Estate some time this month.
The ACID Chi-Town will feature a Cameroon wrapper and Nicaraguan fillers. It will be available in one size – a 5 x 50 robusto with each cigar packaged in an individual glass tubo. The cigars will be packaged in 18 count boxes and feature ACID branding.
In a press release announcing the ACID Chi-Town, Drew Estate President Michael Cellucci stated that, “Arango Cigar Co has been a long-time ally of Drew Estate. We’ve built a great relationship over the years and can always rely on them to do right by us. We’re excited to work with them on ACID Chi-Town as we continue to bring new and fresh ideas to the popular ACID cigar brand.”
Arango Cigar Company is based in Northbrook, Illinois and is no stranger to exclusive distribution cigars. The Chi-Town references the Chicago, Illinois area for which Northbrook is a part of . The Chi-Town branding is used on the exclusive Macanudo and Punch offerings by Arango.
