This April, L’Atelier Imports release a new limited edition project called La Tache. This follows-up L’Atelier’s 2015 limited edition called Côte d’Or. La Tache is a cigar that is based on the Côte d’Or blend, but with a different size than the Côte d’Or. Details about La Tache were reported by New Havana Cigars – the retail outlet owned by Dan Welsh who also is a partner with L’Atelier Imports.
La Tache will be a 5 1/2 x 50 Robusto size. As mentioned the cigar is based on based on the 2015 Côte d’Or blend. The one main difference – instead of the high priming wrapper from Selection Speciale line, La Tache will feature a mid-priming wrapper.
L’Atelier Côte d’Or La Tache will be packaged in ten count boxes. There will be a total production of 2,000 boxes.

Cigar Coop…What can we expect with the change in the priming on the wrapper?

Purely an educated guess, but I imagine it will tame the blend a bit.
