The E.P. Carrillo Core Line, a staple of the company for nearly five years is getting an overhaul. At the 2016 IPCPR Trade Show, the company showed off the E.P. Carrillo Core Plus in both Natural and Maduro offerings. The Core Plus not only has a new look in terms of packaging and bands, but two all-new blend.

The Core Plus Natural features an Ecuadorian wrapper over Nicaraguan binder and filler. Meanwhile the Core Plus Maduro features a U.S. Connecticut Broadleaf wrapper over an Ecuadorian binder and Nicaraguan filler.

Another change is that the line has been streamlined to four vitolas. Each of the four vitolas are common to both the Core Plus Natural and Core Plus Maduro. All of the offerings come in 20 count boxes.

As a part of the portfolio revamping, the E.P. Carrillo Core Plus offerings have been included in the E.P. Carrillo Classics Series.
