As we have noted, the big story of the 2017 Trade Show was the arrival of the Plasencia family as exhibitors with their own brand. One of the new cigars showcased was the Alma del Campo. It’s the second cigar blend in the series that makes up the company’s ultra-premium Alma line.

“We are thrilled to have been part of the IPCPR Trade Show in Las Vegas where we had the opportunity to feature Alma del Campo,” said Nestor Andres Plasencia, CEO of Plasencia Cigars, in a press release. “Since 1865, first in Cuba and later in Nicaragua and Honduras, we have been producing the highest quality tobacco; and now having participated in such an important event like the IPCPR and showcased our Plasencia brand name cigars for the first time, marks a huge milestone for our family,” added Plasencia.

The Alma del Campo follows up the Alma Fuerte – which was Plasencia Cigars’ first company release.

Alma del Campo is a Nicaraguan puro featuring tobaccos from the Plasencia farms. It is available in five sizes – each packaged in ten-count boxes. Like the Alma Fuerte, the Alma del Campo’s box doubles as an ashtray.

At a glance, here is a look at the Alma del Campo:
