At the 2017 IPCPR Trade Show, Akhil Kapacee’s Regius Cigars showcased the Regius Connecticut. As the name indicates, this cigar adds a Connecticut Shade offering into Kapacee’s portfolio.
The Regius Connecticut uses a Honduran grown Connecticut Shade wrapper from the Talanga region. It also incorporates Nicaraguan tobaccos for the binder and filler. The cigar is available in five sizes – each packaged in 25-count cabinet boxes. Like the other cigars in Regius’ portfolio, the Regius Connecticut is produced at the Plasencia factory in Estelí.
Distribution for Regius Cigars is handled by Oscar Valladares and Company. Regius was also a part of Oscar Valladares’ booth at the IPCPR Trade Show.
