At the 2019 IPCPR Trade Show, Foundation Cigar Company will release its first line extension to the Tabernacle Havana Seed No. 142 in the form of a 7 x 40 lancero.
The Tabernacle Havana Seed No. 142 features a hybrid Havana Seed No. 142 wrapper grown in Connecticut not far from Foundation’s company headquarters. The blend also features a San Andres Maduro, and fillers from Nicaragua (Estelí, Jalapa) and Honduras (Honduras). The lancero will be packaged in 24-count boxes and priced at $12.75 per cigar.
“In some circles, it is believed that Lanceros are the best way to truly taste the cigar’s terroir,” says company founder Nicholas Melillo. “As they grow in popularity stateside, Lanceros are increasingly becoming known as the cigar size that cigarmakers smoke themselves.” Foundation is excited to offer this classic size in the innovative Tabernacle blend to create a profound experience for connoisseurs.
The 2019 IPCPR Trade Show is scheduled to open June 29, 2019, in Las Vegas, Nevada.
