Hiram & Solomon is a brand that is themed around the Freemasons with the idea the Mason brothers can get together and enjoy a premium cigar. The brand was founded by Brother George Dakrat and WB Fouad Kashouty. After originating production in the Dominican Republic, a couple of years ago the company moved production over to the Plasencia factory.
This year Hiram & Solomon launched its seventh line, Grand Architect. The Grand Architect added a Nicaraguan Corojo wrapped offering into the company’s portfolio. The blend also incorporates Paraguayan tobacco in the filler. Paraguayan tobacco is not something commonly found in premium cigars, but Hiram & Solomon has worked with it before – most notably in its Entered Apprentice and Veiled Prophet blends.
The company also showcased The Traveling Man Lancero, a cigar introduced several months ago. The Traveling Man Lancero is the fifth vitola in the Traveling Man line, Hiram & Solomon’s Sumatra wrapped line. The Lancero comes in a classic 7 x 38 size in 30-count boxes.
