JRE Tobacco Company went big at TPE 20, introducing the long-awaited Rancho Luna Grandes, a pair of long, large-ring gauge cigars under its Rancho Luna line.
While JRE is best known for Aladino, Rancho Luna is a premium offering that has been with the company since its inception. The Rancho Luna Grandes is the first addition under the Rancho Luna brand since the launch of JRE Tobacco.
The blend is a Honduran Puro with tobaccos from the JRE Tobacco Farm. It’s highlighted by a Habano wrapper. The blend is different than the current Rancho Luna Habano blend that is offered.
As for the sizes, its a 64 x 7 and a 70 x 7 offering – the two largest ring gauge sizes in the JRE Tobacco Company portfolio which has been known for more traditional sizes. Each is packaged in 20-count boxes but is also available in 20-count bundles.
Rancho Luna Grands also has packaging and banding different from the current Rancho Luna offerings.
