At the 2022 Premium Cigar Association Trade Show, Oliva Cigar Company showcased a new six-count sampler containing both its Serie V Melanio and Serie V Maduro blends. Among the sizes is the rare lancero size for both blends.
The six cigars (from left to right in the photo above are):
- Oliva Serie V Melanio Lancero: 7 x 38
- Oliva Serie V Melanio Churchill: 7 x 50
- Oliva Serie V Melanio Figurado: 6 1/2 x 52
- Oliva Serie V Melanio Maduro Figurado: 6 1/2 x 52
- Oliva Serie V Melanio Maduro Churchill: 7 x 50
- Oliva Serie V Melanio Lancero: 7 x 38
Both the Churchill and Figurado sizes for the Serie V Melanio and Serie V Melanio Maduro are regular production vitolas. The cigars are expected to reach retailers this summer.
