Mombacho Cigars S.A. has reached an exclusive licensing agreement with Favilli Trading LLC, a US cigar sales, distribution, and marketing company independent of Mombacho. The new company will handle global sales and marketing of the Favilli brand and will be headed up Jared Michaeli Ingrisano, who is stepping down as Mombacho S.A.’s President at the end of 2022 to head the Favilli Trading LLC operation.

Cameron Heaps, Founder of Mombacho Cigars S.A. states, “the company is excited to see the Favilli Brand prepare for global distribution under the watchful eye of our former President. Jared has been instrumental in the brand’s development to date, and we are excited to see him take Favilli further in production, global sales, and marketing under his own leadership.”

Meanwhile, Mombacho Cigars S.A., nearing its 17th year in business, will be focusing on completing work on the Favilli Mansion (the Casa Favilli factory) in Grenada where it is transforming the landmark into a Nicaraguan experiential center.Currently, two luxury bar-restaurants are currently under construction.
