At InterTabac 2023, Oscar Valladares Tobacco & Co will introduce Santiago Valladares. This is a new regular production line that will be exclusive to the European market, and it reflects the growing popularity of the Oscar Valladares portfolio in Europe.
Santiago Valladares is named for company founder Oscar Valladares’ son. The blend consists of a Honduran wrapper over a Nicaraguan binder and fillers from Honduras. The company says it used a selection of different tobaccos that haven’t been used in other Oscar Valladares blends before.
Santiago Valladares is available in three sizes – each presented in ten-count boxes. Each of the sizes is packaged in individual coffins. The three sizes are: Hermoso (5 x 47, SRP €24.50), Peit Toro (6 x 59, €26.50), and Robusto Mágico (5 5 3/4 x 52).
The packaging also reflects something different for Oscar Valladares Tobacco & Co. For many years, the Oscar portfolio has had some innovative and contemporary packaging. Santiago Valladares features a more classic style.
InterTabac 2023 opens September 14 in Dortmund, Germany.
