United Cigars is releasing a special edition of its United Toro cigar aimed at honoring veterans. The Special Edition United Toro (6 x 54) boxes will feature two additional cigars in the box marked with a yellow foot band. While the United Toro cigars are the same blend and size as the rest of the cigars in the box, the idea behind the yellow-banded cigars is to share with a veteran one might know.

United Cigars has always had a patriotic theme to it. Each box contains a star cut from a weathered U.S. flag by a veteran. United Cigars collaborates with the nonprofit organization Stars For Our Troops to source these stars. The company says this is part of its commitment to support veterans and the community at large.

In a press release, Oliver Nivaud, Director of Operations for United Cigars, comments, “Our Special Edition United Toro cigars are a symbol of our deep appreciation for the brave men and women who have served our country. We believe that honoring our veterans is not just a one-time act, but a continuous commitment. With this special release, we hope to share our gratitude with those who have made tremendous sacrifices for our freedom.”

The MSRP of the Special Edition United Toro single is $8.50, and the twenty-count box MSRP is $153 with the two complimentary yellow foot-banded cigars. The company says the cigars are available for shipping.
