C.L.E. Cigar Company will showcase the Asylum Twelve at the 2024 Premium Cigar Association (PCA) Trade Show. While this line was showcased at the 2023 PCA Show, C.L.E. has redesigned the packaging. The significant change is that tubes will replace the coffins.
Tom Lazuka, Co-Founder of Asylum Cigars, stated, “We felt that we could better improve the presentation of the Asylum 12. The Asylum 12 2024 will be housed in cigar tubes. Cigar tubes provide an upgrade aesthetically while also better protecting the cigars.”
Christian Eiroa, founder and President of C.L.E. Cigar Company, added:” I have always considered the Asylum brand as an almost experimental project in where I can play with all kinds of off-the-wall blends, vitola sizes, and unique packaging. I strongly believe that we have hit the mark with the Asylum 12 2024.”
Blendwise, the binder and filler use tobacco from C.L.E’s new farm in South America. No other blend details have been disclosed.
Presented in 20-count boxes, the Twelve is being released in an 11/18 (SRP $21.60/cigar) and 70 x 7 (SRP $26.60/cigar).
The 2024 PCA Trade Show opens on March 23 in Las Vegas, Nevada. The Twelve will ship in the May/June timeframe.
