West Tampa Tobacco Company Dark Time

West Tampa Tobacco Company (WTTC) has announced it will be shipping its Dark Time offering to retailers. Additionally, WTTC announced further details regarding the release. This is West Tampa’s most premium release to date. Dark Time made its debut at the 2025 Premium Cigar Association (PCA) Trade Show.

While blend details were not disclosed at PCA 2025, WTTC is now saying Dark Time has a U.S. Broadleaf wrapper, an Ecuadorian Sumatra binder, and fillers from Nicaragua and the Dominican Republic. The cigar comes in one size – a 6 x 54 Toro. The cigars are presented in ten-count boxes and feature a Rolex Daytona-inspired custom cutter. Pricing comes in at $29.99 SRP per cigar.

Dark Time was created three and a half years ago at the NACSA factory, coinciding with the launch of the West Tampa Tobacco Company. During that period, West Tampa believed that the market conditions were not favorable for a new company to introduce cigars with a high price point, which led to a postponement of their release. Similarly, WTTC postponed the launch of its Boliche Blvd limited release until early 2024.

“Time is our most precious resource, and what better way to spend that time than sharing our finest cigar with family and friends”, said Gus Martinez, co-owner, in a press release. “Painstakingly blended and aged over three and a half years, Dark Time will not disappoint.”

West Tampa Tobacco Company Dark Time is currently shipping to U.S. retailers. For additional details, see our 2024 PCA Coverage on Dark Time.
