Gurkha Cigars has announced that its 35th Anniversary Cigar will now be available in ten-count boxes as an ongoing product. The ten-count boxes will launch at the 2024 Premium Cigar Association (PCA) Trade Show.
The 35th Anniversary made its debut at the 2023 PCA Trade Show. When it was launched, the 35th Anniversary was offered as a part of a limited edition red humidor. This humidor contained 75 of the 35th Anniversary cigars (25 of each of the three sizes). This year, the three sizes of the 35th Anniversary blend are now available in ten-count boxes.
There are three sizes available with the 35th Anniversary blend:
- Toro (6 x 54, SRP $10.95/cigar)
- Torpedo (6 1/8 x 52, SRP $11.49/cigar)
- Figurado (6 3/4 x 52, SRP $11.95/cigar)
Produced at Tabacalera El Artista in the Dominican Republic, the 35th Anniversary blend features a Habano wrapper over an Indonesian binder and Criollo ’98 fillers grown in Estelí, Nicaragua.
“After the huge success we had introducing the product in a humidor last year, we’re finally able to release the 10 count Gurkha 35th Anniversary in it’s 10 count format,” commented Juan Lopez, Vice President of Sales for Gurkha Cigars. “The 35th Anniversary has a medium body, it’s complex and elegant, with a lot of earthiness and nuttiness and a long cool finish.”
The 2024 PCA Trade Show opens on March 23, 2024, in Las Vegas, Nevada.
