At the 2024 Premium Cigar Association (PCA) Trade Show, Maya Selva Cigars will launch the Flor de Selva Tempo 10 Year Aged-Rolled. This version of the Flor de Selva Tempo was rolled ten years ago and then set aside for aging by Maya Selva Cigars. After ten years of aging, it is now ready for release.
Over ten years ago, Maya Selva Cigars embarked on a project to see how its cigars would age. The company set aside thousands of cigars from a variety of vitolas and stored them in its warehouse. Each cigar was carefully controlled under conditions of temperature, humidity, and light.
Last year, Maya Selva released the first of these ten-year-aged cigars, the Flor de Selva No. 15. This time, the Flor de Selva Tempo is being released. The Tempo is a 6 x 60-sized vitola. As for the blend, it features a Honduran Connecticut seed wrapper over a binder from the Jamastrán region of Honduras and all Honduran fillers. The Flor de Selva Tempo 10 Year Aged-Rolled are presented in ten-count boxes.
The 2024 PCA Trade Show opens on March 23, 2024, in Las Vegas, Nevada.

10 year post-roll age statement: tremendous! (Although this tells us nothing about the pre-industry of those leaves).
6 x 60 vitola: not tremendous (except in girth). I’m surprised they were rolling 60s in large quantities ten years ago.
