Blend Bar, in partnership with Davidoff Cigars, has announced the launch of its new exclusive Blend Dominicano La Familia 2023 cigar line (Blend Dominicano). For this project, Blend Bar has teamed up with the Kelner Cigars factory, run by Klaas Pieter Kelner.

Blend Dominicano features an Ecuadorian Habano wrapper and binder over a blend of Dominican tobaccos. The tobaccos incorporated in the blend have been aged at least three years. The line comes in four sizes:

  • Corona: 5 1⁄2 x 43
  • Robusto: 5 x 50
  • Toro: 6 x 52
  • Churchill: 7 x 48

Blend Dominicano

Each size of Blend Dominicano comes in ten-count boxes. Production has been limited to 2,000 boxes (20,000 cigars).  According to Blend Bar, each of the cigar vitolas offers slightly different smoking characteristics. The Blend Bar staff will use their expertise to make pairing recommendations for the vitolas to its patrons.

The launch of our own cigar line represents a natural platform for future growth of the Blend brand.”

Blend Dominicano is expected to ship in August 2024. The cigar will be available at each Blend Bar with Davidoff Cigars location, including Indianapolis, Indiana, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and the Woodlands, Texas. It will also be sold on the retailer’s website, BLENDbarcigar.com.
