Cavalier Genève has announced the 2024 edition of its flagship limited edition, the Cavalier Genève Limited Edition (LE) 2024, which is released annually.
As in previous years, the company has not disclosed the blend. The LE2024 is a 5 1/2 x 58 Double Figurado. Cavalier Genève says the blend of every release is different from one year to the other and never gets re-released.
A total of 1,948 ten-count boxes were produced, a number significant as the melting point of gold is 1,948 degrees Fahrenheit. Cavalier Genève is known for its 24k gold diamond on the wrapper of many of its cigars. Production comes from Fabrica Centroamericana de Tabaco S.A. in Danlí, Honduras.
Of the 1,948 boxes, 1,000 have been allocated for the U.S. market, with the remainder going to the international market. Pricing is $15.90 SRP/ cigar.
“This year not only continues the tradition of our Limited Editions, which gets one release per year, but it celebrates it by not only coming to the market with a unique blend but also with a brand new size for Cavalier,” said Sebastien Decoppet, founder of Cavalier Genève Cigars in a press release. “We believe that this year’s cigar perfectly embodies what our Limited Editions have been standing for since 2018, which is bringing a unique, “one and done” cigar experience that every year pushes the boundaries of our expertise to ensure a fantastic new experience for the cigar lover.”
