Joya de Nicaragua has announced the release of the Antaño Gran Reserva Pata Negra, an exclusive release for the Spanish market. The Pata Negro is 5 x 56 Doble Robusto of Joya de Nicaragua’s Antaño Gran Reserva line. The cigar was launched on September 12, 2024, in Barcelona, Spain.
The blend is produced at Fábrica de Tabacos Joya de Nicaragua SA in Estelí, Nicaragua, and features a Nicaraguan Habano Criollo wrapper over Nicaraguan tobaccos for the binder and filler. The cigars come in 20-count boxes. Each cigar is banded with a large Pata Negra band on the lower third. The cigar is finished with a pigtail on the cap.
“With the Antaño Gran Reserva Pata Negra, every puff is an invitation to an unforgettable journey. We have created a work of art for the palate. A tribute to the passion and tradition of tobacco, a legacy we want to share with our aficionados in the Iberian Peninsula, who have always been faithful believers in our work,” says Juan Martínez, Executive President of Joya de Nicaragua in a press release.
This is the third Pata Negra release for Spain. It follows the original Antaño Pata Negra and the Clásico Medio Siglo.
