HVC Cigars has announced its Hot Cake Fresh From the Oven is returning for 2025. Hot Cake Fresh From the Oven made its debut at PCA 2024. It is a limited-production Connecticut Broadleaf offering under the Hot Cake brand. The 2025 release will feature Gran Torpedo and Coronas Gigantes sizes, two sizes previously unreleased under the Fresh from the Oven line.
The Gran Torpedo measures 5 1/2 x 56 and comes in at a price point of $17.00/SRP. Meanwhile, the Coronas Gigantes measures 6 7/8 x 50 and comes in with a $16.00 price point. Both cigars come in 25-count boxes, and each size is limited to 350 boxes. In addition to the Connecticut Broadleaf wrapper, the remainder of the blend consists of Nicaraguan tobaccos for the binder and filler. Production comes out of Fabrica de Tabacos HVC, SA, in Estelí, Nicaragua.
The 2024 release came in two sizes: Torpedo (5 1/2 x 52) and Toro Extra (5 1/2 x 54). These sizes did not return for the HVC Hot Cake Fresh From the Oven 2025 release.
