Forged Cigar Company is adding a new 6 x 60 Gigante size to its Diesel Vintage Maduro and Diesel Vintage Natural lines. The new sizes are full-time additions to the two Diesel Vintage lines.
Diesel Vintage Maduro features a San Andres wrapper over all Nicaraguan Habano tobaccos. Meanwhile, Diesel Vintage Natural features an Ecuadorian Habano wrapper over Nicaraguan Habano tobacco. Both Diesel Vintage Series cigars contain filler tobaccos aged five to eight years. Production comes from Tabacalera AJ Fernandez Cigars de Nicaragua S.A.. Both Gigantes come in 20-count boxes, and both are priced at $8.99.
In a press release, Joe Krzyston, Assistant Brand Manager of Diesel Cigars, said, “The Diesel Vintage Series Gigante line extension is everything fans want. More vintage tobacco, more expressions of great blends, and bolder Diesel flavor — across both our Maduro and Natural lines. If you loved Diesel Vintage Series before, you owe it to yourself to try this great, new frontmark.”
Both blends are also offered in Double Corona, Toro, and Robusto Gordo. Recently, STG announced that it was discontinuing the Rabito (6 x 46) and Pico Gordo (4 1/2 x 60) sizes.
The new Diesel Vintage Gigantes are shipping this month. These cigars are expected to be showcased by Forged Cigar Company at the 2025 Premium Cigar Association (PCA) Trade Show. The show opens on April 12, 2025, in New Orleans, Louisiana.
