At the 2025 Premium Cigar Association (PCA) Trade Show, Dunbarton Tobacco & Trust launched the Mi Querida Gorila Gordo. This adds a 6 x 60 line extension. However, this isn’t an ordinary line extension, and the Gorila Gordo features a 109 cap.
The 109 style cap tapers like a Belicoso, but instead of converging to a tip, it also features a flat cap. It’s the first time Dunbarton Tobacco & Trust has used a 109 cap on one of its frontmarks. Mi Querida (sometimes called Mi Querida Blue) was first launched in 2016 and features a Connecticut Broadleaf wrapper over Nicaraguan binder and fillers. Production for Mi Querida comes from Nicaraguan American Cigars S.A. (NACSA)
The Mi Querida Gorila Gordo will be a regular ongoing production. The cigars come in 20-count boxes. Pricing comes in at $14.95 SRP per cigar.
