Espinosa Warhead Re-Up Series

Espinosa Cigars has announced the launch of the Warhead Re-Up Series. This is a collection of limited re-releases of the 601 La Bomba Warhead series. Kicking off the Re-Up series will be the return of the Warhead 1 and Warhead 6. Both of these cigars are being featured at the 2025 Premium Cigar Association Trade Show.

“Our fans have been asking for this for years,” said Erik Espinosa Jr., Vice President of Espinosa Cigars, in a press release, “Warhead 1 started it all, and Warhead 6 is widely considered the best weʼve ever done. Bringing them back in the Re-Up series is our way of honoring the legacy and delivering exactly what our supporters have been asking for.”

Produced at the San Lotano factory in Ocotal, Nicaragua, both cigars feature a Broadleaf wrapper over all Nicaraguan fillers. First released in 2013, the Warhead 1 is a 6 1/2 x 52 box-pressed Toro. Meanwhile, the Warhead 6 is a 5 x 58 semi-pressed perfecto making its first return since 2019. Pricing comes in at $15.00 per cigar.

Both cigars are packaged in newly designed bomb-shaped ten-count packaging, a nod to the line’s military-inspired roots.

“Re-Up isnʼt just about nostalgia,” added Hector Alfonso Sr., Master Blender of Espinosa Cigars, “Itʼs about recognizing what made these cigars great and delivering that same experience again; bold, flavorful, and unapologetically strong.”

Shipping of the Warhead 1 and Warhead 6 begins following the 2025 PCA Trade Show which concludes April 14, 2025.
