Lampert Cigars has announced the release of its Lampert Limitada 2025. Lampert has typically used its Limitada to do special sizes such as an “A” (2022) and Salomon (2023). This year, Lampert has opted for a 6 x 54 Toro box-press. This is significant because it’s the first time Lampert has released a box-pressed cigar.
The blend features an Ecuadorian Habano Vuelta Abajo (HVA) over an Ecuadorian Habano 2000 binder. The fillers come from Brazil, Nicaragua, and the Dominican Republic. A total of 500 ten-count boxes were produced, and 200 of them are allocated for the U.S. market. Production comes out of Tabacos de Costa Rica in Puriscal, Costa Rica. The remaining 300 head to the international market.
Lampert says several U.S. stores will see a soft launch by the end of May. These stores include:
- Stogie Pairing Cigar Lounge, Florida
- Humidor of Isle, Illinois
- Sir Louis Cigar, Massachusetts
- Secreto Cigar Lounge, Michigan
