Ashton had several new products to showcase at the 2025 Premium Cigar Association (PCA) Trade Show. As has been the case the last few years, Ashton’s focus has been on its La Aroma de Cuba brand. This is a brand of cigars made in Nicaragua at the My Father Cigars factory. The new products include a sampler, a new line, and some line extensions.
First up, there is the new La Aroma de Cuba 92-93 sampler. It contains five La Aroma de Cuba cigars in a humidified pouch. The cigars in this pack include five Monarchs (La Aroma de Cuba’s name for its 6 x 52 Toro sizes). Pricing comes in at $39.99, featuring five cigars across three blends.
- La Aroma de Cuba Monarch (2 cigars)
- La Aroma de Cuba Connecticut (2 cigars)
- La Aroma de Cuba Habano Reserve (1 cigar)
If the La Aroma de Cuba Habano Reserve doesn’t sound familiar, that’s because the 92-93 sampler is the first time this cigar has been released. As the name indicates, La Aroma de Cuba Habano Reserve features an Ecuadorian Habano Rosado wrapper over a Nicaraguan binder and filler. Later this year, the Habano Reserve will be available in 25-count boxes. The Habano Reserve will only be available in the Monarch size. Pricing comes in at $9.50. These have already shipped.
Finally, the La Aroma de Cuba Connecticut line gets two new sizes: Belicoso (5 1/2 x 52) and a Double Corona (7 1/2 x 54). Pricing is 9.25 for the Belicoso and $9.75 for the Double Corona. This brings the total number of sizes in the La Aroma de Cuba Connecticut line to nine. These two new sizes have shipped.
