Stolen Throne Cigars’ theme at the 2025 Premium Cigar Association (PCA) Trade Show was quite simple – Baltimore. Owner Lee Marsh is from the Baltimore area, and his affection for the city is well known. First, Marsh has created a cigar for the 150th edition of the Preakness Stakes. The race is the second leg of thoroughbred racing’s Triple Crown. The race is held at Pimlico Park, located in Baltimore, Maryland. Second, there is the new Castle 919 cigar that pays homage to the place where Marsh grew up in the Baltimore metro area.
Preakness 150th (P150) LE
The Preakness 150th is slated to hit retailer shelves just in time for the Preakness Stakes. The cigar comes in a 6 x 46 Corona format. The blend features an Ecuadorian Habano Claro wrapper over Nicaraguan binder and fillers. It comes in ten-count boxes and is priced at $14.00 SRP/cigar.
Castle 919
In explanation, 919 was the house number of the house Marsh grew up in, and a home is said to be a castle. The Castle 919 features an Ecuadorian Habano wrapper over a Nicaraguan binder. In addition, the fillers are a combination of Nicaraguan and Peruvian tobaccos. The cigars come in 20-count bundles in two sizes: Robusto (5 x 50) and Belicoso (5 x 54). Castle 919 is a regular production offering that will come in bundles.
