Cigar News: Rick Rodriguez to Launch West Tampa Tobacco Company

Rick Rodriguez’s retirement has lasted ten days.  Today Rodriguez confirmed a story on his social media pages published by Cigar Aficionado that he is returning to the cigar industry.
