A couple of weeks ago, we noted that a photo posted by Padilla Cigars Brand Ambassador Susanna Aragon of a new Connecticut Shade blend from Padilla Cigars called the Padilla Connecticut.  Some additional details on the cigar were posted in the March 26, 2013 Cigar Insider.

For the Padilla Connecticut, brand President Ernesto Padilla once again teams up with Oliva Cigar Company for the blend.  Oliva is currently manufacturing the Padilla Reserva line as well as handling U.S. and European distribution.

The Padilla Connecticut is positioned as a milder offering in the Padilla Cigar portfolio. It is expected to reach retail shops in April, 2013.

The Padilla Connecticut features an Ecuadorian Connecticut Seed wrapper with Nicaraguan tobaccos.
