Asylum 13 6 x 80 |
Asylum Cigars will be adding a 6 x 80 vitola to its core Asylum 13 line. This new vitola has been listed on various retailer web-sites.
The 6 x 80 will be added to the Nicaraguan puro line of Asylum 13. We also reported a little over a week ago that the Asylum 13 Corojo was also going to feature a 6 x 80.
The 6 x 80 will be called the Asylum 13 Eighty and it marks the fourth size in the Nicaraguan puro Asylum 13 line. Asylum Cigars has already released a 7 x 70 in the Asylum 13 line as well as with the barber-pole Asylum 13 Ogre. There are also plans for the Asylum 13 Corojo to have a 7 x 70. While several manufacturers have been releasing 70 ring gauge cigars, it is believed the 6 x 80 will be one of the first major cigar releases with an 80 ring gauge.

I've had the Robusto and liked it. I've had the Sixty and thought it was just okay. They can keep their Seventy and Eighty. I know they will sell well, but I still find it hard to believe that so many men like very large cylindrical objects shoved in their mouths.
