Tatuaje has added three additional sizes to its 2014 Tatuaje Tattoo line. Joining the Caballero (Robusto) size will be the Universo (Toro), Bonito (Torpedo), and Adivino). Tatuaje has begun to inform retailers of these line extensions and it is expected these cigars will be showcased at the 2014 IPCPR Trade Show in Las Vegas next week.
The three additional line extensions were not unexpected. It was a couple of months ago when the robusto-sized Tatuaje Tattoo Caballero. At that time, Tatuaje had said additional sizes would be coming this summer. Keeping consistent with the Caballero, the new sizes will be value-priced as the Tattoo line will be price between $5.00 – $6.50 per cigar depending on the size.
While Tatuaje Cigars are made by My Father Cigars, this particular cigar is made at Tabacalera Cubana (TACUBA) in Esteli, Nicaragua. TACUBA is a factory owned by the Garcia family. It was opened when the Garcias expanded its operation out of El Rey de los Habanos in Little Havana, but before the construction of the My Father Cigars S.A. factory. TACUBA is still used by the Garcia family today.
