When it was announced over 18 months ago that Drew Estate would be sponsoring a lounge at Corona Cigar Company, part of the package was going to include exclusive cigars that would only be available at the lounge. Today the company formally announced that it will be providing six exclusive cigar based on six different brands by Drew Estate. The sizes will all be a 6 x 50 box-press format and are expected to make a debut this month.
Three of the sizes will feature a square box-pressed vitola while the other three will receive a traditional vitola. The new lounge exclusive sizes to Corona will be available in the following brands:
Herrera Esteli (Box Pressed)
Liga Privada No. 9 (Box Pressed)
Undercrown (Box Pressed)
Natural (Soft Press)
Tabak Especial Dulce (Soft Press)
Tabak Especial Negra (Soft Press)
This will be the first box-pressed released under this six brands with the exception of Undercrown. Last year, the Undercrown Dogma, a 6 x 56 version of the Corona ¡Viva! in a box-press was released as a commemorative cigar to Cigar Dojo.
In a press release announcing the new sizes Corona Cigar Company owner Jeff Borysiewicz said, “The introduction of the world’s first Drew Estate Lounge has been a rousing success at Corona Cigar. We can’t wait to receive the first shipment this week!”
