Bombay Tobak has announced an extension to its MBombay KeSara blend called the KeSara Vintage Reserve Nikka. The concept behind the Nikka is to take the build on the KeSara blend and take it a step further, by delivering a more enriching cigar experience for the cigar smoker. The cigar is scheduled to be released on December 15th.
The Nikka features the same Ecuadoriam Connecticut wrapper that has been aged in Sandalwood / Spanish cedar coffins for nine months. The difference is that the Nikka incorporates a special blend of tobaccos aged three years longer than the original KeSara line, thus enhancing the experience. The Nikka will be offered in one size – a 6 1/2 x 46 vitola. Pricing will be $12.00 per vitola. The cigars will be packaged in MBombay’s signature cans.
In a press release announcing the Nikka, Bombay Tobak founder Mel Shah said, “Refining the ‘MBombay Experience’ of fine longaged tobacco blends is what we have done in our Vintage Reserve line of cigars. We want consumers to truly understand our Passion for tobacco.”
The MBombay line was launched in 2014. The company has maintained a business model for to support brick and mortar business, refusing to sell online, including online marketing for their accounts. The brand is currently in 108 retailers nationwide. Further details on the brand can be found at www.bombaytobak.com
Company founder Mel Shah will be a guest on Stogie Geeks on December 3, 2015.
