A new size has been added to the Punch Signature line. Retailers at the 2016 IPCPR Trade Show were able to order the Punch Signature Pita. The Pita introduces a classic 6 x 50 Toro sized line extension becoming the fifth size in the Punch Signature line.
The Punch Signature was introduced in 2015. It was a project that had been three years in the work. At the time, General Cigar had found some Ecuadorian Corojo tobacco they wanted to use, but it was in limited supply. As a result, a project started with a grower to cultivate the Ecuadorian Corojo leaf that was needed. General says the wrapper is related to the original Cuban Corojo seed.
Pricing for the Punch Signature Pita is set at $6.99 per cigar. The cigars are packaged in 18 count boxes.
